What does the $50 design deposit cover?

Your $50 design deposit covers your initial consultation, concept development, and creation of your first sample proof. This deposit is applied toward your final project total if you move forward with production.

Is the design deposit refundable?

No. Because every design is created specifically for your project, deposits are non-refundable. They reserve your place in our schedule and cover the time spent designing and preparing your sample form.

What happens after I place my order?

After your order is placed, we'll contact you by email to discuss your project, review your uploaded files or ideas, and begin creating your custom design.

Can I request changes to my design?

Absolutely! You'll receive a sample form before production begins. At that stage, you can request revisions based on the revision policy included with your project.

Will production begin before I approve my design?

No. Production will never begin until you've reviewed and approved your final design.

How do I submit my ideas or inspiration?

You can upload files when placing your order and email any additional inspiration, sketches, logos, photos, or reference images after purchase.

What if I don't have a design yet?

That's perfectly okay! Even a rough idea, inspiration photo, or description is enough for us to start the creative process.

How is my final price determined?

Each project is custom quoted based on factors such as size, materials, production requirements, design complexity, and quantity.

Do you offer rush orders?

Yes! Rush production may be available depending on our schedule. Additional rush fees may apply.

Can I order more than one item?

Absolutely. Whether you need one custom piece or multiple items for an event, business, or organization, we'd be happy to provide a custom quote.

What types of projects do you accept?

We work on a variety of custom projects, including business branding, event signage, promotional materials, gifts, apparel, décor, and more. If you're unsure whether we can help, just ask!

Can you recreate or redraw an existing logo?

Yes. We can professionally redraw logos for improved print quality or create an entirely new logo depending on your needs.

How will we communicate during my project?

To keep everything organized, most communication takes place through email. This helps ensure all approvals, revisions, and project details are documented.

Do you ship completed orders?

Yes! Depending on the product and your location, we can arrange local pickup, delivery, or shipping. Details will be discussed during your project.

What if I need something that isn't listed on your website?

Please reach out! We're always happy to discuss custom requests. Even if you don't see a product listed, we may still be able to create it or point you toward the best solution.

I don't know exactly what I want. Can I still place an order?

Absolutely! You don't need to have everything figured out before getting started. Whether you have a finished idea, a rough sketch, inspiration photos, or just a concept in mind, we'll work with you to develop a design that fits your vision.
